John Ficarelli, DMD

Dr. Ficarelli received his dental and pediatric specialty training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and Boston Floating Hospital of New England Medical Center. He is Director of Dentistry at the Massachusetts Hospital School and is on staff at Tufts Medical Center and the Franciscan Children's Hospital. In addition, Dr. Ficarelli has lectured extensively on pediatric dentistry and interceptive orthodontics. He is a founding board member of Project Stretch, Dentistry Reaching Out to Children, an International dental volunteer organization. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Cleft Palate Association, the Academy of Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. In 2007 he was inducted as a fellow of the Intermnational College of Dentists. He is the past president of the Massachusetts Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. AnnaMarie DeFeo, DDS, MS

Dr. AnnaMarie DeFeo, originally from Michigan, completed both her doctorate in dentistry and her pediatric dentistry specialty training at the University of Michigan. She has a special interest in dental material science, and has obtained her Master of Science in this area from the University of Michigan. Dr. DeFeo is a board certified pediatric dentist, having earned the distinction as a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is currently a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Massachusetts Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the volunteer organization Project Stretch, and the dental fraternity Delta Sigma Delta. She maintains staff positions at Franciscan Children's Hospital and Massachusetts Hospital School. Eric Gheewalla, DMD
Dr. Eric Gheewalla earned his D.M.D.from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he went on to complete his orthodontic residency in 1993. Since then he has been in private, serving the residents of Medford (www.gheewallaortho.com), Boston and Brookline. Dr. Gheewalla is a premier provider of Invisalign and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr Gheewalla is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, East Middlesex District Dental Society, New England Society of Orthodontists, Massachusetts Association Of Orthodontics, Tufts Association of Orthodontists, International College of Dentists and the Boston Invisalign Study Club. Dr. Gheewalla enjoys biking, tennis, travel, reading and photography in his free time.
Sungyon, Bang, DMD
Dr. Sungyon Bang, originally from Portland, Oregon, received her B.A. degree in biochemistry from Wellesley College. She then went on to Harvard School of Dental Medicine where she received her D.M.D. Her pediatric dentistry specialty training was completed at Children’s Hospital, Boston and Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She is currently a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Massachusetts Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. In her spare time, Dr. Bang enjoys traveling to different parts of the world. She has visited such places as Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, Honduras, Morocco, Singapore, Korea, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Bali, England, Scotland, Spain, and France
